Ok, so I'm aware that I'm a day late but let me be the 34th (or so) person to wish you a happy New Year. I hope it brings you happiness, prosperity and all that other good stuff that you'll find in some hallmark card but not in this post.
It was a pretty quite new year's eve at our place but a fun one. We rang in the new year with good friends of ours by overeating some, drinking homemade Cherry Coke, Shurley temples, and some egg nogg coffee drink that develops a skin if you don't drink it fast enough, and just about anything else in the house. We played a couple games of Scene it (guys won both games! Goonies! haha) and then some heated games of Uno. We were so into Uno in fact that we almost missed the count down to the new year. It was a great time had by all, even the dogs. The year is off to a good start and I hope it only gets better.
